平衡校正弧面校正区域的简易计算

摘要 平衡校正是平衡机测出转子重点位置后,通过在校正区域内增减材料达到消减不平衡量的目的。校正区域与重点的等效计算需要进行复杂的微积分运算,实际操作极不便利。为解决此类问题,在工程实践中,针对大多数校正区域为弧面的特点,通过平衡理论分析、微积分运算及模型简化,提出了一种简易计算方法,可以将平衡校正弧面校正区域的微积分计算转化为初等函数,通过该初等函数可方便计算出平衡校正弧面校正区域的尺寸,极大地提高了平衡校正的工作效率。 Balance correction is to reduce the imbalance of the rotor by adding or reducing the material in the correction area after measuring the weight point by the balance machine.The equivalent calculation of the correction area and the weight point needs complicated calculus operation,and the actual operation is extremely inconvenient.To solve the problem,based on the fact that most of the correction areas are arc surfaces in engineering practice,this paper presents a simple calculation method through balance theory analysis,calculus operation and model simplification,and transforms the calculus calculation of the arc surface into an elementary function.The size of the arc surface area can be calculated conveniently by the elementary function,and the work efficiency of balance correction is greatly improved.
