摘要
从大型超长叶片模具的结构研究入手,提供了叶片模具设计和分析技术。先利用三维软件的建模功能,提供一种大型风力发电叶片模具设计技术,具体包括模具的型面、法兰、钢架、翻转臂等设计方法,接着利用Abaqus软件的分析功能,提供了一种叶片模具有限元分析技术,对模具钢架在各种翻转工况下的受力变形情况进行了分析。结果表明模具设计满足强度和刚度要求,达到了模具制造要求,分析计算结果为模具制造提供了可靠的前期保证。
This paper focuses on the structure of the mold for large and overlength wind-generator blade,and provides the design and analysis technology of the blade mold.Firstly,with the UG software,this paper provides a design method for the mold of large wind-generator blade,including the design method of mold surface,flange,steel frame and turnover arm.Then,with the Abaqus software,this paper analyzes the stress and deformation of the steel frame under various turnover conditions.The results show that the mold design meets the requirements for strength and stiffness.The calculation results provide guarantee for the manufacturing of the mold.
