摘要
高精度液压推土机变速箱故障预测方法对提高液压推土机的工作效率和可靠性具有重要意义。基于国内外研究现状,提出了一种基于最小二乘支持向量机的推土机变速箱故障预测方法,实现了对液压推土机变速箱供油故障、齿轮磨损进行识别。研究发现LS-SVM训练的故障预测模型对推土机变速箱故障识别的准确率为98.5%。研究结果可为液压推土机变速箱视情维修提供参考。
The prediction of gear box failure of the high-precision hydraulic bulldozer is of great significance for the improvement of the efficiency and reliability of the hydraulic bulldozer.Based on the research results at home and abroad,a fault prediction method of the bulldozer gear box based on least squares support vector machine is proposed,and the identification of the oil supply fault and gear wear of the bulldozer gear box is realized.It is found that the fault prediction model trained by LS-SVM has an accuracy of 98.5%in identifying the fault of the bulldozer gear box.The research results can provide reference for the condition-based maintenance of the bulldozer gear box.
