养阴通络方联合硫酸羟氯喹片对阴虚血燥型原发性干燥综合征外分泌腺功能的影响

Effect of Yangyin Tongluo formula and hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets on exocrine gland function of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of yin-deficiency and blood-dryness type

目的:观察养阴通络方联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗阴虚血燥型原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效及其对外分泌腺功能的影响。方法:52例阴虚血燥型原发性干燥综合征患者随机分为两组各26例。对照组予硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,治疗组予养阴通络方联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,疗程12周,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、滤纸润湿长度、唾液流率、唾液腺超声(SGUS)评分的变化。结果:治疗组临床总有效率88.46%优于对照组64.00%(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分降低显著(P﹤0.01),且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗后滤纸润湿长度、唾液流率、SGUS评分均较治疗前有显著改善(P﹤0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:养阴通络方联合西药可明显改善阴虚血燥型原发性干燥综合征患者的口干、眼干症状,还可提高唾液腺、泪腺分泌功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Tongluo formula and hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets on primary Sjogren's syndrome(pSS)of yin-deficiency and blood-dryness type and its effect on exocrine gland function.Methods:52 cases of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of yin-deficiency and blooddryness type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets for 12 weeks,while the treatment group was treated with Yangyin Tongluo formula and hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the changes of TCM syndrome score,wetting length of filter paper,salivary flow rate and salivary glands ultrasound score(SGUS)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 88.46%,which was better than 64.00%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment in both groups,TCM syndrome score was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the improvement of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment in two groups,the wetting length of filter paper,salivary flow rate and SGUS score were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Tongluo formula and western medicine can significantly improve the symptoms of xerostomia and dry eye of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of yindeficiency and blood-dryness type,and also improve the secretory functions of salivary gland and lacrimal gland.
