天芪通络汤治疗老年慢性血管性眩晕临床观察

Efficacy observation of Tianqi Tongluo decoction on senile chronic vascular vertigo

目的:观察天芪通络汤治疗老年慢性血管性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性血管性眩晕气虚血瘀证老年患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用天芪通络汤。两组疗程均为14天。观察患者临床症状、体征并计分,检测血D-二聚体(D-dimer)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),检测脑血管功能并评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,而对照组为85.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。中医症状积分、D-dimer、hs-CRP、脑血管功能积分等改善效果,治疗组均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:天芪通络汤对老年慢性血管性眩晕气虚血瘀证有较好疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianqi Tongluo decoction on senile chronic vascular vertigo.Methods:120 cases of elderly patients with chronic vascular vertigo of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tianqi Tongluo decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 14 days for both groups.The clinical symptoms and physical signs of patients were observed and scored.D-dimer and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in blood were detected.The cerebrovascular function was detected and scored.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in treatment group and 85.00%in control group;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than control group in effects of improving TCM symptom score,D-dimer score,,hs-CRP score and cerebrovascular function score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianqi Tongluo decoction has a good curative effect on senile chronic vascular vertigo with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
