摘要
永磁直流电机制造是现代社会的重要产业,但现有生产模式以大批量生产订单为主,难以及时响应多种类、小批量订单的需求。围绕永磁直流电机柔性定制生产,以转速定制为例,提出一种面向定制转速的永磁直流电机换向偏转角优化选配技术。首先分析永磁直流电机生产特点及选配要素,确定永磁直流电机选配零件范围,再采用正交设计优化电机选配过程,并通过换向偏转角调整改变电机转速,进一步逼近目标电机转速。仿真及测试实验结果表明,加入换向偏转角提高现有选配工艺调整范围,结合正交设计提高定制转速选配效率,相较于全面性试验,可减少92%试验工作量,最后的实物试验与仿真结果相差0.2%,结果基本相符。
Permanent magnet DC motor manufacturing is an important industry in modern society,but the existing production mode is mainly mass production orders,which is difficult to timely respond to the needs of various and small batch orders.In this paper,focusing on permanent magnet DC motor flexible customized production,taking speed customization as an example,a technology for optimizing the commutation deflection angle of permanent magnet DC motor for customized speed is proposed.First,analyze the production characteristics and matching elements of permanent magnet DC motors,determine the range of optional parts for permanent magnet DC motors,and then use orthogonal design to optimize the motor selection process,and change the motor speed by adjusting the commutation deflection angle to further approach the target motor speed.The simulation and test results show that the addition of the commutation deflection angle improves the adjustment range of the existing matching process,and combines the orthogonal design to improve the efficiency of customized speed matching.Compared with the comprehensive test,the test workload can be reduced by 92%,and the difference between the final physical test and the simulation results is 0.2%,which are basically consistent.
