摘要
某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂分别使用生石灰与熟石灰作为半干法脱酸药剂,本文分析了二者在脱酸效果与物耗、直接成本、设备构成与运行监控、药剂有效利用率与飞灰等方面的区别。结果表明,相比生石灰,熟石灰用于制浆更有利于电厂降耗。
A domestic waste incineration power plant uses quicklime and slaked lime as semi-dry deacidification agents respectively,this paper analyzes the differences between the two in terms of deacidification effect and material consumption,direct cost,equipment composition and operation monitoring,effective utilization of chemicals and fly ash.The results show that compared with quicklime,slaked lime is more beneficial to reduce power consumption when used in pulping.
