摘要
钙-钠双碱法利用石灰浆液吸收烟气中的SO_(2),反应后的吸收液与钠碱反应而得以再生,并生成石膏。本文通过对比研究湿法、干法和半干法等烟气脱硫技术,确定以湿法脱硫技术中的钙-钠双碱法作为油母页岩低温干馏烟气中SO_(2)的处理措施,并分析该脱硫技术方案的经济效益,为油母页岩炼油企业可持续发展提供科学依据。
The calcium-sodium double-alkali method utilizes lime slurry to absorb SO_(2)in flue gas,and the reacted absorbing liquid reacts with sodium-alkali to be regenerated to generate gypsum.Through comparative study of wet,dry and semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technologies,this paper determines that the calcium-sodium double-alkali method in wet desulfurization technology is used as the treatment measure for SO_(2)in flue gas by low temperature dry distillation of oil shale,and analyzes the economic benefits of the desulfurization technical scheme,so as to provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of oil shale-oil refining enterprises.
