摘要
在全球范围内,医院废水处理是一项艰巨而长远的任务,若废水不经处理直接排放,将对环境造成不利影响。医院废水来源复杂,处理难度大,但排放标准日渐严格,原有废水处理设施难以保证出水稳定达标排放,升级改造是目前大部分医院面临的问题。本文以成都中医药大学附属医院为例,分析其废水处理系统升级改造,为同类医院提供参考。主要改造措施是在原有二级生化处理和消毒处理的出水位置增加一体化设备,进一步保证出水稳定达标排放。实践证明,原有系统增加一体化设备后,悬浮物、氨氮等原超标指标得到有效处理,出水稳定达标,为医院更好地运营提供了保障。废水处理设施设计应注重远期规划,为未来医院发展预留空间。
On a global scale,hospital wastewater treatment is a daunting and long-term task,and if wastewater is discharged without treatment,it will adversely affect the environment.The sources of hospital wastewater are complex and difficult to treat,but the discharge standards are becoming more and more stringent,it is difficult for the original wastewater treatment facilities to ensure the stable discharge of effluent up to the standard,and upgrading and reconstruction is a problem faced by most hospitals at present.Taking the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzes the upgrading and reconstruction of its wastewater treatment system,and provides a reference for similar hospitals.The main renovation measure is to add integrated equipment at the effluent position of the original secondary biochemical treatment and disinfection treatment,so as to further ensure the stable discharge of effluent up to the standard.Practice has proved that after adding integrated equipment to the original system,the original excessive indicators such as suspended solids and ammonia nitrogen have been effectively treated,and the effluent is stable and up to the standard,which provides a guarantee for the better operation of the hospital.The design of wastewater treatment facilities should focus on long-term planning and reserve space for future hospital development.
