不同品种授粉对鲁丽苹果坐果及果实品质的影响

Effects of different pollination varieties on fruit setting and fruit quality of Luli apple

以自然授粉作为对照,研究6个授粉品种对鲁丽苹果的坐果率及果实品质的影响。结果表明:6个授粉品种的鲁丽苹果坐果率均高于65%,较对照均有明显提高;6个授粉品种对鲁丽苹果的单果重、果形指数、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸及糖组分含量均有不同程度影响。新红星授粉后,可以改善鲁丽的果形指数,提高果糖葡萄糖含量。红玛瑙可提高鲁丽的可溶性固形物含量,果糖、蔗糖含量,降低可滴定酸含量,增强固酸比,改善了风味。乙女授粉后果实单果重最高。综合考虑,建议采用新红星、红玛瑙作为鲁丽的授粉品种,具有较好的坐果率和果实品质。

In this study,the effects of 6 pollinated varieties on fruit setting rate and fruit quality of Luli apple were studied with natural pollination as a control.The results showed that the fruit setting rate of Luli apple pollinated by 6 cultivars was higher than 65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control.The 6 pollinated varieties had different effects on the fruit weight,fruit shape index,soluble solids,titratable acid and sugar components of Luli apple.New Red Star had the best effect on improving fruit shape index,and the content of fructose and glucose was increased.Red Agate could increase the fruit soluble solid,fructose and sucrose content of Luli,reduce the titratable acid content,increase the solid acid ratio,and improve the flavor.The average fruit weight of Luli apple after pollinated by Otome was the highest.In conclusion,New Red Star and Red Agate used as pollination varieties of Luli had better fruit setting rate and fruit quality.
