两种反光膜对甜樱桃光合特性及果实品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以4年生红蜜、布鲁克斯和珊瑚香槟为试材,于果实转色期沿树行方向铺设透湿性反光膜和银黑反光膜,以不铺地膜为对照,研究反光膜对南方地区甜樱桃光合特性及果实品质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,透湿性反光膜和银黑反光膜覆盖增强了甜樱桃树冠中下部反射光光强,叶片净光合速率,同时降低了胞间CO_(2)浓度,而且在阴天弱光条件下作用效果要优于晴天强光条件;透湿性反光膜和银黑反光膜覆盖处理显著提高了设施甜樱桃果实可溶性固形物含量和固酸比,同时降低了甜樱桃果实的亮度和色度,其中透湿性反光膜覆盖比银黑反光膜覆盖处理能够更有效地提升果实品质,促进甜樱桃果实成熟,着色更优。 In this study,4-year-old Red honey,Brooks and Coral champagne were used as test materials.Moisture permeable reflective film and silver black reflective film were laid along the tree line during the fruit color conversion period.Compared with no mulching film,the leaf photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,transpiration rate,reflected light intensity,fruit weight,soluble solid content and color difference were measured.The effect of plastic film mulching on photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of sweet cherry in southern China were studied.The results showed that,compared with the control,the moisture permeable reflective film and silver black reflective film increased the reflected light intensity at the middle and lower parts of the sweet cherry crown and the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves,while reducing the intercellular CO_(2) concentration,and the effect was better than that of the sunny strong light condition in the cloudy and weak light conditions.Moisture permeable reflective film and silver black reflective film mulching treatment significantly increased the soluble solid content and solid acid ratio of sweet cherry fruit,while reducing the brightness and chromaticity of sweet cherry fruit.Moisture permeable reflective film mulching treatment could more effectively improve fruit quality,promote sweet cherry fruit ripening and better coloring than silver black reflective film mulching treatment.
