摘要
本科教育国际化是衡量一流大学的重要指标,其开展的好坏直接影响着国际化人才的培养质量,关系着一流本科和一流大学的建设成效。通过对我国40所一流大学《本科教学质量报告》的分析发现,本科教育国际化存在着目标定位同质化和模糊化,活动开展形式化,国际交流活动对象窄化等问题。高等教育国际化内涵的发展性,对国际化精神气质的忽略,以量化为导向的国际化评价体系是问题存在的成因。基于此,提出一流大学应从明晰人才培养规格,细化人才培养目标;注重本科教育国际化内涵式发展;完善本科教育国际化评价体系,加强质性评价等三个方面优化发展路径,以实现本科教育国际化高质量发展。
The internationalization of undergraduate education is an important index to measure the first-class university.The quality of its development directly affects the cultivation quality of international talents and the construction effect of first-class undergraduate and first-class university.Through the analysis of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report of 40 first-class universities in China,it is found that there are some problems in the internationalization of undergraduate education,such as homogeneity and vagueness of orientation,formalization of activities and narrowing of objects of international exchange activities.The development of internationalization connotation of higher education,the neglect of the spirit of internationalization and the quantification-oriented internationalization evaluation system are the causes of the problems.Based on this,first-class universities should clarify the talent training specifications,refine the talent training objectives,pay attention to the international connotative development of undergraduate education,improve the evaluation system of undergraduate education internationalization,strengthen the quality evaluation and optimize the development path to achieve high-quality development of undergraduate education internationalization.
