未来海上分布式作战装备发展思考

Thoughts on the Development of Future Maritime Distributed Combat Equipment

论文对美军分布式作战概念发展历程、核心思想等内涵进行了分析,从作战概念推演、作战舰艇自适应编配、超视距攻防、远海综合补给等方面提出了海上分布式作战能力谱系与技术特征。从应对未来海上分布式作战策略视角,提出应在体系架构轻量化、指挥信息扁平化、跨域编组小型化、平台能力智能化等方面构建装备发展路径。最后,论文从新老装备兼容、有无人装备协同、虚实装备一体等方面,提出装备研制、管理和运用的政策建议,有助于创新现有装备发展模式,加速推动海上分布式作战能力生成。

This paper analyzes the development,core idea and other connotations of the US's troop distributed combat sys⁃tem,summarizes the capacity category and technical characteristics of maritime distributed combat system in terms of operating con⁃cept development,combat ship adaptive allocation,beyond visual range attack and defense and comprehensive open sea replenish⁃ment.From the perspective of dealing with the future maritime distributed combat strategy,this paper proposes that the equipment development should focus on lightweight system architecture,flat command information,cross-domain formation miniaturization,and intelligent platform capabilities.Finally,this paper puts forward policy recommendations for equipment development,manage⁃ment and application from the aspects of compatibility of new and old equipment,coordination of manned and unmanned equip⁃ment,and integration of virtual and real equipment.This will help to innovate the existing equipment development model and accel⁃erate the construction of maritime distributed operations.
