摘要
随着军事科技的不断发展,越来越多的高技术装备列装部队,对部队训练考核评估手段提出了更高的要求。我军主战飞机普遍装备了座舱视频记录设备,而由于相关条件限制,目前主要依赖人工对视频进行判读,进而对飞行员的飞行训练水平进行评估。论文提出了一种基于机载视频识别的飞行训练考核评估方法,通过对视频进行预处理、文本检测、字符识别等手段,对机载视频进行分析,自动识别视频中的关键参数,并建立关键事件索引,高效量化评估空中格斗和对地打击效果,进行体现飞行员训练水平,为航空兵部队提供了一种高效便捷、客观量化的飞行训练考核评估手段。
In recent years,with the rapid development of military science and technology,more and more troops are equipped with high-tech equipment with complex technology,high integration and difficult operation,which puts forward higher require⁃ments for the assessment and evaluation of military training.The main battle aircraft of our army are generally equipped with cockpit video recording equipment.However,due to the limitation of relevant conditions,the video is mainly interpreted manually at pres⁃ent,so as to evaluate the flight training level of pilots.This paper proposes a flight training assessment evaluation method based on airborne video identification,through to the video preprocessing,text detection and character recognition method,analysis of air⁃borne video,automatic identification of key parameters of the video,and establish the index key events,efficient quantitative evalu⁃ation of air combat and ground effect,reflect the pilot training level.It provides an efficient,convenient,objective and quantitative means of flight training assessment and evaluation for aviation forces.
