摘要
为了更加科学合理地评估军事训练质量,提出基于动态随机多属性决策的军事训练成绩评估方法。首先给出动态随机正态分布数及其加权算术平均算子的定义,再利用动态正态分布数加权平均算子(DNDNWAA)对正态分布属性值进行集成,建立动态随机多属性决策模型,最后选取某部合成营军事训练成绩进行实例验证。实验结果表明,基于动态随机多属性决策方法能够有效减少主观因素的影响,较为客观地评估出部队的真实军事训练质量。
In order to evaluate the quality of military training more scientifically and reasonably,a military training perfor⁃mance evaluation method based on dynamic random multi-attribute decision-making is proposed.Firstly,the definition of dynamic random normal distribution number and its weighted arithmetic average operator are given,then the normal distribution attribute val⁃ues are integrated by using dynamic normal distribution number weighted average operator(DNDNWAA),and a dynamic random multi-attribute decision-making model is established.Finally,an example is selected to verify the training results of a synthetic bat⁃talion.The experimental results show that the method based on dynamic random multi-attribute decision-making can effectively re⁃duce the influence of subjective factors and objectively evaluate the real military training quality of the army.
