大学生志愿服务“西部计划”问题研究——以四川省为例

Research on the"Western Plan"for College Students'Volunteer Service--Taking Sichuan Province as an example

“西部计划”是党和政府从协调区域发展、建设人才强国的高度提出的一项重要举措,在大学生志愿服务事业中具有先天优势。本文以四川省大学生志愿服务“西部计划”为例,对志愿者、院校及服务单位进行分类分析研究,发现存在自身意愿不够强烈、院校宣传力度有待提高、服务单位发展环境不稳定等问题而遭遇现实困境,建议大学生提升志愿服务归属感、院校加强引导宣传、政府完善发展环境等,以提升四川省大学生“西部计划”发展成效。

The"Western Plan"is an important measure put forward by the party and the government from the high plane of coordinating regional development and building a strong country with qualified personnel,and it has an innate advantage in the cause of college students'volunteer service.Taking the"Western Plan"of volunteer service for college students in Sichuan Province as an example,this paper conducts a classified analysis and study of volunteers,colleges and service units,and finds that there are problems,for example their own willingness is not strong enough,the publicity of colleges and universities needs to be improved,and the development environment of service units is unstable.It is recommended that college students enhance their sense of belonging to volunteer service,strengthen guidance and publicity in colleges and universities,and improve the development environment of the government,so as to enhance the development effectiveness of the"Western Plan"for college students in Sichuan Province.
