摘要
为适应工程实习教学培养道路工程专业本科生岗位需求能力的需求,本文在分析工程实习教育现状及存在问题的基础上,采用面向岗位需求的实习教学内容构建、校企合作实习教学基地建设、基于岗位技能体现的实习教学方法与考评机制等改革措施,探索面向岗位需求的工程实习教学模式,以期为道路工程专业本科生胜任工作岗位奠定基础。
In order to meet the needs of engineering practice teaching to cultivate the post demand ability of undergraduates majoring in road engineering,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of engineering practice education,and adopts reform measures such as building the practice teaching content oriented to job requirements,constructing the school-enterprise cooperation practice teaching bases,and proposing the practice teaching methods and evaluation mechanisms based on job skills,and explores the engineering practice teaching mode oriented to post demand,in order to lay a foundation for the road engineering undergraduates to be competent for their jobs.
