摘要
采用i-t法将MIL-88沉积到活化玻碳电极(AGCE)上,得到MIL-88/AGCE修饰电极,将其用于葛根素的电化学检测。利用循环伏安法(CV)和线性扫描伏安法(LSV)研究葛根素在MIL-88/AGCE上的电化学行为。葛根素的线性范围为1.0~50.0μM,相关系数r为0.9941,检出限为0.53μM(S/N=3)。此修饰电极可应用于中药材葛根粉中葛根素的含量测定,回收率为95.60%~100.0%。
MIL-88 was deposited on activated glassy carbon electrode(AGCE)by i-t method,and a new electrochemical sensor constructed by MIL-88/AGCE was obtained for the electrochemical detection of puerarin.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and linear sweep voltammetry(LSV)were used to study the electrochemical behavior of puerarin on MIL-88/AGCE.The linear range of puerarin is 1.0~50.0μM,the correlation coefficient r is 0.9941,and the limit of detection is 0.53μM(S/N=3).The method has been successfully applied to determine puerarin in Radix Puerariae,and the recoveries are 95.60%~100.0%.
