摘要
应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)法表征了单一分子量己内酯八聚体,比较了不同基质对样品的影响。结果表明,几种常见基质均可有效地使样品离子化,其中使用DCTB基质所得到的谱图具有较高的信噪比和分辨率。此外,还考察了不同金属离子与样品形成加合离子的情况,并对己内酯八聚体与金属离子加合性的关系进行了分析。
Discrete polycaprolactone(oCL_(8))was successfully characterized by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS).The influence of various experimental parameters(matrices and metal ions)was studied.The results showed that the matrix DCTB proved superior with higher S/N and resolution ratio.Furthermore,different cationization agents were exploited to study the effect on oCL_(8) and the relationships between oCL_(8) and metal ions were also investigated.
