公共少儿图书馆一对一服务研究——以湖北省少年儿童图书馆“成长导师”项目为例

Research on One-to-One Service of Public Children′s Libraries:Case Study of"Growth Mentor"in Hubei Children′s Library

This paper summarizes the one-to-one personalized service practice of"Growth Mentor"in Hubei Children′s Library,analyzes its development ideas in database construction,resource allocation in the library and parent-child education service model,etc.,and explores the future promotion path of the project.It is suggested that personalized service should improve the quality of librarians,ensure the effectiveness of data,and enhance cross-border cooperation,in order to provide references for children′s libraries to innovate services and carry out personalized service.
