我国公共图书馆知识产权信息服务模式探讨

Discussion on the Mode of Intellectual Property Information Service of Public Li⁃braries in China

文章介绍了国内外公共图书馆开展知识产权信息服务的现状,分析了国内公共图书馆该项服务存在的问题。建议公共图书馆应在立足本馆实际、明确服务定位的前提下,通过建设知识产权科普中心、创建一站式知识产权信息检索平台、构建多元化合作机制的梯级化模式,开展知识产权信息服务。

This paper introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign public libraries to carry out intellectual property information service,and analyzes the problems of domestic public libraries in carrying out this service.It suggests that public libraries should carry out intellectual property information service by building an intellectual property popularization center,establishing one-stop intellectual property information retrieval platforms,and con⁃structing cascaded model of diversified cooperation mechanisms,based on the actual situation of the library and the clear service orientation.
