摘要
玻璃离子交换方法被广泛应用于信息显示、航空航天、高铁和光通信等新兴领域,其研究方兴未艾。玻璃离子交换研究主要集中在:探究玻璃离子交换机理,发现新型离子交换对,为实现玻璃更高力学和光学性能提供理论支撑;优化离子交换工艺参数和利用辅助电场等现代手段,实现离子交换自主可控,提高玻璃离子交换速率;针对离子交换玻璃的不同应用场景,提出了不同的性能评测指标,增强玻璃的性能指标主要是表面压应力和应力层深度,而波导玻璃的性能指标主要是折射率梯度。基于以上3个方面综述了玻璃离子交换的国内外研究进展。
Glass ion exchange method is still widely used in emerging fields such as information display,aerospace,high-speed railway and optical communication,and its corresponding research is in the ascendant.Previous research work on the ion exchange mainly focuses on the mechanism of glass ion exchange to find new ion exchange pairs,which provides a theoretical support to realize higher mechanical and optical properties of glass,the optimization of ion exchange process parameters and the use of modern means such as auxiliary electric field to realize independent control of ion exchange and improve ion exchange rate.Different performance evaluation indexes are proposed for different application scenarios of ion exchange.The performance indexes of ion exchange reinforced glass mainly include surface compressive stress and layer of depth,while the performance index of waveguide glass is mainly refractive index gradient.This review summarized recent research progress on glass ion exchange based on the aspects above.
