大型水环真空泵的低气压稳定及调节的方法

摘要 水环真空泵因自身结构及工作方式导致其抽气压不可调节,并且在低气压环境下样品需要大流量的辅助冷却空气进行散热而导致箱内气压值发生变化;而箱内气压值不稳定会对试验结果造成不利的影响。因此,对水环真空泵的低气压稳定及调节的方法进行了研究。首先,分析了水环式真空系统低气压不可控问题;其次,介绍了水环式真空泵的结构和工作原理;然后,根据推导出的真空泵抽速公式,对水环真空泵系统进行了改造;再者,将改造后的系统运用到了实际案例中,结果表明,改造后,其气压值稳定,符合标准要求;最后,提出了调节极限气压值的方法,为研制大型低气压综合试验设备时如何稳定及调节低气压提供了一定的参考。 Due to its own structure and working mode,the pumping pressure of water ring vacuum pump is not adjustable,and samples need large flow of auxiliary cooling air for heat dissipation under low pressure environment,which will cause the pressure value in the box to change,and the instability of the air pressure value in the box will adversely affect the test results.Therefore,the low pressure stabilization and adjustment method of the water ring vacuum pump are studied.Firstly,the low pressure uncontrollable problem of water ring vacuum system is analyzed.Secondly,the structure and working principle of water ring vacuum pump are introduced.Thirdly,the watering vacuum pump system is reformed according to the deduced formula of the pumping speed of the vacuum pump.Furthermore,the modified system is applied to a practical case,and the results show that the air pressure value is stable and meets the standard requirements.Finally,the method of adjusting the limit air pressure value is proposed,which provides a certain reference for the stabilization and adjustment of low air pressure in the development of large-scale low air pressure comprehensive test equipment.
