“双碳”目标下电力行业低碳转型发展路径研究——基于淮北市电力企业发展实践

Study on the Development Path of Low Carbon Transformation in Electric Power Industry under the"Double Carbon"Target——Based on the Development Practice of Electric Power Enterprises in Huaibei City

基于国家“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,选择淮北市电力行业作为研究对象,搜集整理各企业相关资料,对目标企业进行实地调研,并解读国家有关的政策建议,通过分析安徽省淮北市电力行业绿色低碳发展面临的问题,针对性地提出传统火力发电行业的低碳转型发展道路以及新兴绿电行业高质量创新发展途径。该发展途径有利于促进电力行业绿色低碳发展,保护我国的能源安全。

Based on the national goal of"peak carbon and carbon neutrality",we selected the power industry in Huaibei City as the research object,collected and collated relevant information from various enterprises,conducted field research on the target enterprises,and interpreted the relevant national policy recommendations.The study will analyse the problems facing the green and low-carbon development of the power industry in Huaibei City,Anhui Province,and propose a low-carbon transformation path for the traditional thermal power industry and a high-quality innovative development path for the emerging green power industry.This paper is contributes to the green and low-carbon development of the power industry and the protection of China’s energy security.
