Reflections on the Ways of Industry Revival in Jilin Province

基于吉林省产业亟需优化升级的现状,通过对禀赋优势与不足之处的全面分析,借鉴国外老工业基地成功转型经验,对吉林省产业振兴路径和政策进行了深入思考,并从培育新兴产业、打造绿色城市、完善创新机制、构建多元化产业结构四个方面提出了相关建议。

Based on the current situation that Jilin Province’s industries are in urgent need of optimization and upgrading,through a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and shortcomings of the endowment,and drawing on the successful transformation experience of old industrial bases abroad,the path and policies for the revitalization of Jilin Province’s industries are thoroughly considered,and relevant suggestions are made in four aspects:cultivating new industries,creating green cities,improving innovation mechanisms and building a diversified industrial structure.
