动车组轮对阻尼器的改进设计

摘要 为进一步降低高速动车组列车轮对的噪声,提升轮对使用寿命,降低噪声污染,在对高速动车组列车轮对模态分析和振动响应特性分析的基础上,提出了改进动车组轮对的阻尼器的安装位置、改进动车组轮对动力学参数(刚度和质量),以达到降噪的目的,并对改进前后动车组列车轮对的降噪效果进行对比。 In order to further reduce the noise of the wheelset of high-speed trains,improve the service life of the wheelset and reduce noise pollution,based on the analysis of the modal analysis and vibration response characteristics of the wheelset of high-speed trains,we propose to improve the installation position of the dampers of the wheelset of the trains,improve the dynamic parameters(stiffness and mass)of the wheelset of the trains to achieve the purpose of noise reduction,and compare the noise reduction effect of the wheelset of the trains before and after the improvement.The noise reduction effect of the wheel pairs of the train before and after the improvement is compared.
