摘要
对机械制造与自动化设计中存在的问题进行阐述,经研究发现,机械制造与自动化设计的设施和设备未能与时俱进更新换代,在技术支撑上大多依赖于国外先进技术,自主研发能力和经验相对缺乏,在材料选择上仍旧以高能耗、易产生污染的材料为主,不仅增加了零件报废污染处理成本,还造成了环境污染。基于此,对节能设计理念下的机械制造与自动化设计策略展开了探讨。
The problems in the design of machinery manufacturing and automation are described,and it is found that the facilities and equipment for machinery manufacturing and automation design have not been updated with the times,and most of them rely on foreign advanced technology for technical support,with a relative lack of independent research and development capabilities and experience,and the choice of materials is still dominated by high energy consumption and pollution-prone materials,which not only increases the cost of disposal of parts scrapped and polluted,but also causes environmental pollution.It also causes environmental pollution.This is followed by a discussion of the design strategies for mechanical engineering and automation under the concept of energy-efficient design.
