摘要
随着海上油气田群小区块油田滚动开发项目和边际油田开发项目的不断增加,无修井机海洋石油平台的修井作业量也随之而来的在逐年增加,由于目前海上较多在产的生产平台没有自备修井机,从而形成了一部分无修井机生产平台,而这些平台修井作业需要钻井平台进行作业。租用钻井平台修井作业不仅成本高而且没有足够的自有钻井平台可供租用,致使油田修井作业成本过高甚至影响油气田产量。为解决自有钻井平台资源有限,租用成本高等问题,海上投入了既能满足油田正常开发的修井工艺要求,又能适应平台空间、平台承载能力,并且能满足QHSE(健康、安全、环保、质量)要求的海洋可搬迁修井机。该修井机采用了小模块化设计,拆卸和安装不依赖于大型船舶和浮吊资源,可依靠平台自有吊装能力完成,具有重量轻、体积小、安装和拆迁方便等优点,而且在生产平台吊装能力满足的前提下,可以实现模块化组合整体吊装,提高安装和拆卸的实效,既有效地缩短了施工工期,又大幅降低了作业成本,最终有效保障了油气田产量。
With the continuous increase of rolling development projects and marginal oilfield development projects in small blocks of offshore oil and gas fields,the workover operations of offshore oil platforms without workover rigs are also increasing year by year.The production platform does not have its own workover rig,thus forming a part of the production platform without workover rig,and the workover operation on these platforms requires the drilling platform to operate.Hiring a drilling platform for workover operations is not only costly,but also there are not enough self-owned drilling platforms to rent,resulting in high oilfield workover costs and even affecting the production of oil and gas fields.In order to solve the problems of limited resources and high rental cost of its own drilling platform,the offshore investment can not only meet the workover process requirements of normal oilfield development,but also adapt to the platform space and platform carrying capacity,and can meet the requirements of QHSE(health,safety,environmental protection,quality)requirements of the marine removable workover rig.The workover rig adopts a small modular design.The disassembly and installation do not depend on the resources of large ships and floating cranes,and can be completed by relying on the platform's own hoisting capacity.On the premise that the hoisting capacity of the platform is satisfied,the modular combination can be hoisted as a whole to improve the actual effect of installation and disassembly,which not only effectively shortens the construction period,but also greatly reduces the operating cost,and can effectively guarantee the production of oil and gas fields.
