摘要
模具注塑成型主要包括塑化、充填、维压以及冷却脱模四个阶段,通过对各阶段注塑过程分析发现,不同的注塑压力、维持压力,不同的熔融体温度以及模具容腔温度情况下,对塑注件成型质量有着显著影响。对体积收缩这一注塑缺陷的影响原因进行仿真分析,并得出最优的参数组合。
The analysis of the injection moulding process in each stage reveals that different injection pressure and maintenance pressure,different melt temperature and mould cavity temperature have significant effects on the moulding quality of injection moulded parts.A simulation of the causes of volume shrinkage,an injection moulding defect,was carried out and an optimal combination of parameters was derived.
