摘要
随着经济的快速发展,大数据已渗透到人们生活的方方面面,部分企业在信息化的背景下不断开拓新的企业管理模式。以M石油公司为例,以财务共享服务的相关概念为基础,构建财务共享服务中心的财务架构,阐述其构建的过程及具体应用,并对其现阶段新型模式取得的成效进行分析,发现财务共享服务中心运行中的问题,并提出了措施、建议,以期实现企业财务管理转型,提升企业管理水平。
With the rapid development of economy,big data has penetrated into every aspect of people's life,and some enterprises have been developing new enterprise management mode under the background of informationization.Taking M Oil Company as an example,we build the financial structure of the financial shared service centre based on the concept of financial shared services,explain the process of its construction and specific applications,and analyse the effectiveness of its new model at this stage,find out the problems in the operation of the financial shared service centre and put forward measures and suggestions on this basis,in order to realize the transformation of enterprise financial management and improve enterprise management.
