乡村振兴战略背景下创新乡村治理体系研究

Research on Innovating Rural Governance System under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着农村人口不断流失,以及农村原有的价值观念、行为方式不断变化,因而创新乡村治理体系越来越成为党和国家今后工作的重点内容。当前,我国乡村治理仍存在着人才缺乏、生态破坏严重、乡村旅游同质性强、一二三产业融合不足、乡村本土文化凋敝等问题。乡村振兴战略的提出为创新乡村治理体系提供了有力契机,农村需要在组织保障、人才支撑、乡村经济基础、生态环境、乡土文化等方面创新乡村治理体系。

With the continuous loss of rural population and the continuous change of rural original values and behavior,Therefore,innovating the rural governance system has increasingly become the key content of the party and the state in the future.At present,there are still some problems in China's rural governance,such as lack of talents,serious ecological damage,strong homogeneity of rural tourism,insufficient integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and the decline of rural local culture.The proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy provides a powerful opportunity to innovate the rural governance system.Rural areas need to innovate the rural governance system in terms of organizational guarantee,talent support,rural economic foundation,ecological environment,local culture and so on.
