洋吕铁路东灶港至吕四段线路方案研究

Study on Route Scheme about Dongzao Port to Lusi Port Section of Yang Lv Railway

洋吕铁路位于南通市东北沿海,对打造南通“一主两副一枢纽”市域空间格局、构筑南通“一港一区一枢纽”重大基础设施布局起到了重要的支撑作用。本文结合线路走向以及天然气管线、海堤、G328对投资影响,港区运营,重点车站设置,运输组织等方面,深化研究了东灶港至吕四段的吕四港南方案(即南线方案)和经G328北方案(即北线方案),最终确定采用南线方案,为类似工程项目选线提供参考和借鉴。

The Yang Lv Railway is located on the northeast coast of Nantong City,and has played an important supporting role in building the urban spatial pattern of Nantong’s“one main,two subordinates and one hub”and the construction of the major infrastructure layout of Nantong’s“one port,one district and one hub”.This article comprehensively considers the direction of the line,the impact of natural gas pipelines,seawalls,and G328 on investment,the impact on port collection and distribution,port division and“water-rail combined transportation”,the setting of different key stations,and transportation organization.After a systematic comparison and analysis of the Lusigang South Scheme(the South Line Scheme)and the North Line Scheme via G328(the North Line Scheme)from Dongzao Port to Lusi Port Section,the south line scheme is finally determined to provide reference for the railway location of similar engineering projects.
