我国干线铁路与市域铁路造价标准对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Cost Standards of Trunk Railway and Urban Railway in China

从办法规则、专业定额、费用标准和信息价格四个方面,对比了市域铁路与国有干线铁路造价标准,揭示二者虽同为“铁路”,但在技术标准、建设定位不同的情况下,造价标准的特点以及区别所在,最后在此基础上提出了完善市域铁路造价标准若干建议。

This paper compares the construction cost standards of urban railways and state-owned trunk railways from four aspects:regulations,professional quotas,cost standards and information prices,and reveals the characteristics and differences of cost standards under the condition of different technical standards and construction positioning,although they are both“Railway”.Finally,some suggestions for improving the cost standard of the urban railway are put forward.
