融合通信系统在高铁综合维修作业中的应用

Application of Rich Communication Suite system in the comprehensive maintenance of high-speed railway

针对现在高铁综合维修作业中终端品牌融合性差、使用不便的情况,通过增设融合通信系统平台,实现多种通信终端的互联互通,并能接入现场实时视频,实现作业工程的视频监控和电话会议、及时通信、视频对讲等功能,在保障联络防护通信畅通的基础上,提高作业应急处置效率。

In view of the poor integration and inconvenience of terminal brands in the current high-speed rail comprehensive maintenance operation,the interconnection of various communication terminals can be realized by adding a Rich Communication Suite(RCS)system platform,and the on-site real-time video can also be accessed to this system.Besides this,the RCS system can realize the functions of video monitoring and teleconferencing,timely communication,video intercom and so on,and improve the efficiency of operation emergency response on the basis of ensuring the smooth communication.
