对路桥项目前期决策和设计阶段造价控制的思考

Cost Control of Road and Bridge Projects in Early Decision-making Stage and Design Stage

路桥工程在我国经济社会发展中有着举足轻重的作用,但目前路桥项目在前期决策阶段和设计阶段存在着可行性研究报告深度和广度不够、质量一般等问题。本文在分析存在问题的基础上,针对前期决策阶段和设计阶段造价控制的要点,提出了路桥工程造价控制管理的对策,以有效控制工程造价,提高经济效益和社会效益。

Road and bridge projects play a decisive role in the economic and social development of our country,but in the early decision-making stage and design stage of road and bridge projects,there are insufficient depth and breadth of feasibility study report,and the quality is general.In view of the existing problems,this paper makes a brief analysis,and puts forward the countermeasures of cost control management of road and bridge projects according to the key points of cost control in the early decision-making and design stage,so as to effectively control the project cost and improve the economic and social benefits.
