面向建设管理需求的装配式桥梁工程量交付方法研究

Research on the Delivery Method of Prefabricated Bridge Engineering Quantities Facing the Needs of Construction Management

本文通过研究装配式桥梁工程量表格形式、工程量清单计量规则及建设管理计量数据需求,提出了工程计量数据结构化方法。依托SQLServer数据库,建立工程量数据管理程序,以工程结构分解为中间媒介,结合派生分部分项的数据来源属性和工程量数据的标识符匹配方案,实现了装配式桥梁工程量向建设管理阶段的数据交付。研究表明,基于本文创建的交付方法,能够满足公路装配式桥梁工程量数据结构化存储需求,为建设管理阶段线上计量提供基础数据服务,显著提升了桥梁信息化建设效率。

This paper puts forward a data structure method of engineering measurement by studying the form of engineering quantity tables of prefabricated bridge,the measurement rules of engineering quantity lists and the measurement data requirements of construction management.Relying on SQL Server database,the engineering quantity data management program is established.Taking the engineering structure decomposition as the intermediate medium,combined with the data source attribute of derived sub items and the identifier matching scheme of engineering quantity data,the data delivery from the engineering quantity of prefabricated bridges to the construction management stage is realized.The research shows that the delivery method based on this paper can meet the demand of data structure storage of highway prefabricated bridge engineering quantity,provide basic data services for online measurement in the construction management stage,and significantly improve the efficiency of bridge information construction.
