引信药的激光点火研究

摘要 针对桥丝式电点火需要能量较大、测量时间误差大、操作复杂等缺点,研究了一种引信药激光直接点火方法。该方法采用激光直接点火取代传统桥丝式电点火,以解决引信药延期时间测量问题。通过建立含有光能项的激光引爆热平衡方程证明激光点火的可行性,通过激光点火与灼热桥丝式电点火的点火延迟时间对比试验,分析了激光能量对延迟时间的影响。试验结果表明,采用激光直接点火方法,引信药延迟时间测量精度有很大提高,同时也提高了引信药的工作效率。 Aiming at the shortcomings of bridge-wire electric ignition,such as large energy consumption,large measurement time error,and complicated operation,a laser direct ignition method of fuze charge is studied.This method uses laser direct ignition instead of traditional bridge-wire electric ignition to solve the problem of delay time measurement of fuze charge.The feasibility of laser ignition is proved by establishing the thermal balance equation of laser detonation with light energy term.The influence of laser energy on the delay time is analyzed by comparison experiments of the ignition delay time of laser ignition and glowing bridge-wire ignition.The test results show that the delay time and measurement accuracy of fuze charge are greatly improved by using laser direct ignition method,and the working efficiency of fuze charge is also improved.
