摘要
培育工匠精神是新时代赋予职业教育的历史使命,也是职业教育内涵式发展的必然选择。笔者通过高职院校学生工匠精神的调查研究,对其工匠精神式微的深层原因进行分析,从匠“技”、匠“德”、匠“心”三方面着手,制定了高职院校学生工匠精神的全方位培育路径,旨在为高职院校大力弘扬工匠精神,提高学生对工匠精神的价值认同和情感认同提供参考。
Cultivating the craftsman’s spirit is not only the historical mission of vocational education in the new era,but also the inevitable choice for the connotative development of vocational education.Through the investigation and research on the craftsman’s spirit of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the deep reasons for the decline of craftsman’s spirit of higher vocational students,and formulates the all-round cultivation path from the three aspects of technology,morality and craftsman heart,so as to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsman and improve the value identification and emotional identification of students to the spirit of craftsman.
