基于fsQCA的我国区域建筑产业竞争力影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Regional Construction Industry Competitiveness in China Based on fsQCA

本文指出建筑产业对地方经济增长和社会发展具有重要的推动作用,着眼于如何提升区域建筑产业竞争力并关注多重因素对建筑产业竞争力的协同影响,本文基于建筑产业竞争力原理,采用fsQCA研究方法,应用组态思维,以我国31个省(市、自治区)为样本,探讨了产业规模、产业效益、产业结构、产业技术装备水平4个条件变量对区域建筑产业竞争力的协同影响机制。研究发现:一是产业效益单独构成区域建筑产业强竞争力的必要条件。二是区域建筑产业强竞争力的路径一共有3条:拥有较好产业效益的“产业效益型”、拥有较好的产业效益和较为合理的产业结构的“产业效益-均衡型”、拥有较大的产业规模和较为合理的产业结构的“产业规模-产业结构型”。三是区域建筑产业非强竞争力的路径也有3条,与强竞争力的路径存在非对称关系。

This paper points out that the construction industry plays an important role in promoting local economic growth and social development,focusing on how to improve the competitiveness of the regional construction industry and paying attention to the synergistic impact of multiple factors on the competitiveness of the construction industry,based on the principle of the competitiveness of the construction industry,this paper adopts the fsQ CA research method and the configuration thinking,and takes 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China as samples to explore synergistic influence mechanism of four conditional variables(industrial scale,industrial benefits,industrial structure,industrial technology and equipment level)on the competitiveness of regional construction industry.The research finds that:firstly,industrial benefits alone constitute the necessary conditions for strong competitiveness of regional construction industry;secondly,there are three paths to strengthen the competitiveness of the regional construction industry:the"industrial benefit type"with better industrial benefits,the"industrial benefit-balanced type"with better industrial benefits and more reasonable industrial structure,and the"industrial scale-industrial structure type"with larger industrial scale and more reasonable industrial structure;thirdly,there are also three paths of non strong competitiveness of the regional construction industry,and there is an asymmetric relationship with the path of strong competitiveness.
