娄底市老旧小区改造中设施升级与记忆留存策略研究

记忆是一座城市的灵魂,随着近几年娄底市老旧小区改造升级的大力推进,为留存这座城市过往的记忆并使之活化与延续,本文从城市记忆的相关概念出发,顺应当前城市老旧小区改造的趋势,对娄底市老旧小区改造中设施升级与记忆留存困境进行了分析,结合实际情况从加强政府引导功能并推动居民形成共同价值观,充分挖掘老旧小区中能体现城市记忆的价值元素,正确处理老旧小区设施升级与记忆留存的关系3个方面,提出娄底市老旧小区改造中设施升级与记忆留存策略。

Memory is the soul of a city.In recent years,the reconstruction and upgrading of the old community in Loudi City has been vigorously promoted.In order to preserve the memory of the past and make it active and continuous,this paper analyzes the difficulties of facility upgrading and memory retention in the old community reconstruction of Loudi City based on the related concepts of city memory and conforming to the current reconstruction trend of urban old community.Based on the actual situation,the strategies of facility upgrading and memory retention in the old community reconstruction of Loudi City is proposed from three aspects,including strengthening the guiding function of the government and promoting residents to form common values,fully exploiting the value elements of old community that can reflect city memory,and correctly handling the relationship between facility upgrading and memory retention in old community.
