页岩气开采地面高压节流阀阀芯设计研究

摘要 为了减少页岩气安全开采中节流阀阀芯断裂失效事故,本文设计了一种新型的销钉连接方式,在阀芯与阀杆结合部位钻一个销钉孔,当阀杆旋转向下时,杆只会将向下的运动传递给阀芯;当阀杆旋转向上时,阀芯会在销钉的作用下上移,满足工作要求。根据第一强度理论,本文对阀芯阀杆进行了有限元计算,验证所设计的阀芯阀杆结构满足现场使用要求。 In order to reduce the fracture failure accident of throttle valve core in the safe exploitation of shale gas,a new pin connection method is designed in this paper,which a pin hole is drilled at the joint of valve core and valve rod.When the valve rod rotates downward,the rod will only transmit the downward movement to the valve core;when the valve rod rotates upward,the valve core will move upward under the action of the pin to meet the working requirements.According to the first strength theory,the finite element calculation of the valve core and valve rod is carried out to verify that the designed valve core and valve rod structure can meet the requirements of field use.
