摘要 随着教学改革的不断深入,成果导向成为职业教育研究的焦点。化学反应过程与设备是化工技术类专业的核心课程,对成果导向设计融入现代学徒制的探索有待进一步深化。课程的整体设计应当从系统梳理学习目标和学习成果入手,教学项目要源于实际生产岗位的典型工作过程,教学内容要围绕学习成果的获取,遵循学生的认知规律。固定床反应器开车运行操作作为教学的重点和难点,尤应在此基础上突出以学生为中心,实施仿真教学,提升教学效果。 With the deepening of teaching reform,outcome based education has become the focus of vocational education.Chemical Reaction Process and Equipment is the core course of chemical technology specialties.The exploration of the combination of outcome oriented design and modern apprenticeship needs to be further deepened.Based on this,the overall design of the course should start with a systematic sorting out of learning objectives and learning outcomes.The teaching projects should be derived from the typical working process of the actual production posts,and the teaching content should focus on the acquisition of learning outcomes and follow the cognitive laws of students.The start-up and operation of fixed bed reactor is not only the teaching emphasis but also the teaching difficulty.The student-centered simulation teaching can improve the teaching effect.
