幼儿园自我服务劳动教育现存问题与对策

Research on Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Self-service Labor Education in Kindergarten

幼儿园自我服务劳动教育是幼儿园劳动教育的核心内容,是帮助幼儿养成基本生活能力和良好劳动习惯与观念的重要活动。目前,幼儿园存在生活服务劳动专项课程开设不足、场地不足、材料投放不足等问题;教师存在因观念偏差而忽视知情同行和实践、忽视练习与延伸的现象;家长存在指导能力不足与配合程度不高的问题。为此,幼儿园需要加强系统、多样、多元、适当的园本幼儿自我服务劳动课程建设;教师要转向以幼儿成长需求为导向的教学与适切的多元评价;家长则需要改进自身行为与家庭劳动育儿环境,主动强化家校合作,争取在三方合力驱动下发挥劳动教育应有的育人价值。

Kindergarten self-service labor education is the core content of kindergarten labor education,which is an important activity to help children develop basic living ability,good labor habits and concepts.However,the survey shows that there are some problems in kindergartens:such as the lack of special courses for self-service labor,the lack of venues,the lack of materials and so on.Due to conceptual deviation,the teachers ignore the phenomenon of awareness and feeling going together and the practice and its extension.Parents have the problems of insufficient guidance ability and low degree of cooperation.Therefore,kindergartens need to strengthen the construction of systematic,diverse,diversified and appropriate kindergarten based self-service labor curriculum for children;teachers should turn to teaching and appropriate multiple evaluation oriented by children’s growth needs;parents need to improve their behavior and family work parenting environment,actively strengthen home-school cooperation,and strive to give full play to the educational value of labor education driven by the joint efforts of the three parties.
