职业院校育人与产业工人队伍建设改革的思考

随着国家新时期产业工人队伍建设改革的逐步推进,庞大的产业工人队伍在国家的发展与建设中起到越来越重要的作用,与产业工人个人利益密切相关的社会地位、待遇等均有提高。职业院校学生是未来高素质技能人才的构成主体,是未来产业工人的主力军,职业院校学生的培育效果对未来产业工人群体整体素质有较大影响。职业院校必须依照国家政策,继续完善学生培养模式,进一步深化校企合作,改善教职工队伍,突破人才培养的旧模式,优化学生培养路径,培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技能人才,以适应我国产业工人队伍建设改革需求。

With the gradual advancement of the construction and reform of industrial workforce in the new era,the huge group of industrial workers plays a more and more important role in the development and construction of the country,the social status and treatment closely related to the personal interests of industrial workers have been improved.Vocational college students are the main body of future high-quality skilled talents and the main force of future industrial workers.The cultivation effect of vocational college students has a great impact on the overall quality of future industrial workers.Vocational colleges must,in accordance with national policies,continue to improve the student training mode,further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the teaching staff,break through the old mode of talent training,optimize the student training path,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents with all-round development of“morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor”,so as to meet the needs of the construction and reform of China’s industrial workforce.
