高职院校劳动教育再发展的多维透视

摘要 价值评估、内涵把握、组织制度和文化氛围是影响劳动教育成效的主要因素。高职院校应当明确劳动教育的内涵,努力培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,突出高技术技能人才定位,构建专业化和实践化的内容体系,引导学生树立正确的劳动观。基于此,院校在实施过程中可以通过发挥制度体系的保障作用,劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神的引领作用以及校企合作的提质作用,推动劳动教育的再发展。 Value evaluation,connotation grasp,organizational system and cultural atmosphere are the main factors affecting the effectiveness of labor education.Higher vocational colleges should clarify the connotation of labor education,strive to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,highlight the positioning of high-tech skilled talents,build a specialized and practical content system,and guide students to establish a correct concept of labor.Based on this,colleges can promote the redevelopment of labor education by giving full play to the guarantee role of the system,the leading role of model worker spirit,labor spirit and craftsman spirit,and the quality improvement role of school enterprise cooperation.
