城市软实力提升需要以文化产业为依托,青岛影视产业在提升青岛城市影响力、完善文化产业体系、提升城市文化魅力等方面发挥了重要作用。在影视产业转向高质量发展的新时期,青岛影视产业规划重点仍停留在硬件设施的大投资和大力度的优惠政策上,不利于其优势地位的保持。青岛影视产业应加强产业链优势设计、影视IP制作规划、影视技能人才储备、管理体制优化等内涵方面的建设,才能助力提升城市软实力,为现代化国际大都市建设作出贡献。

The promotion of urban soft power needs to rely on cultural industry.Qingdao film and television industry has played an important role in enhancing the influence of Qingdao,improving the cultural industry system and enhancing the charm of urban culture.Chinese film and television industry has turned to a new period of high-quality development.The advantages and planning focus of Qingdao′s film and television industry still remain on the large investment in hardware facilities and the large-scale preferential treatment,which is not conducive to maintain its advantage of industrialization.Qingdao film and television industry should strengthen the construction of connotation,such as designing distinctive industrial chain,management IP of the film and television,reserving skill talents of film and television and optimization of management system in order to help enhance urban soft power and contribute to the construction of modern international metropolis.
