摘要
近年来,我国的科技报告制度建设取得了显著成效,但科技报告的质量管理体系仍不完善。为了提升我国科技报告编写质量,本文基于文献研究和专家访谈结果,分别针对科技报告质量评价的编制、校核、审批、批准这四个环节构建全面且合理的指标体系,并运用层次分析法计算指标权重为科技报告质量管理提供评价工具。
In recent years,the establishment of scientific report system in China has achieved remarkable results,but the quality management of the system is still imperfect.To improve the quality of scientific reports in China,based on literature research and expert interviews,this paper constructs a comprehensive and reasonable index system for the quality evaluation of the preparation,verification,examination and approval of scientific reports,and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight of each index in order to provide evaluation tools for the quality management of scientific reports.
