摘要
目的:改造上海市某医院已建CT机房,以满足新购置CT设备各项技术参数对该机房的要求,同时满足标准《放射诊断放射防护要求》(GBZ 130-2020)和《医用X射线诊断机房卫生防护与检测评价规范》(DB31/T 462-2020)的防护要求。方法:依据《放射诊断放射防护要求》(GBZ 130-2020),结合新购置CT设备的各项技术参数计算四侧墙体、楼上、楼下以及防护门、观察窗屏蔽防护需要的铅当量,与已建CT机房屏蔽防护做比较,补充完善不足的位置,以满足标准要求。结果:本次CT机房屏蔽防护改造合理。结论:(1)新购置CT设备技术参数比原有设备参数大,有必要进行屏蔽防护设计,即开展放射性职业病危害预评价是合理的。(2)通过验收检测,结果显示该机房改造后能满足标准要求。
Objective:The existing CT machine room of a hospital in Shanghai was reconstructed to meet the requirements of the technical parameters of the newly purchased CT equipment for the machine room,as well as the protection requirements of the standards"Requirements for radiological protection in diagnostic radiology"(GBZ 130-2020)and"Specifications for Radiological protection and measurement evaluation of medical diagnostic X-ray room"(DB31/T 462-2020).Methods:According to the"Specifications for Radiological protection and measurement evaluation of medical diagnostic X-ray room"(DB31/T 462-2020),combined with the technical parameters of the newly purchased CT equipment,calculate the lead equivalent required for the shielding protection of the four side walls,upstairs,downstairs,protective doors and observation windows,compare it with the shielding protection of the built CT machine room,and supplement the insufficient positions to meet the standard requirements.Result:The shielding protection transformation of CT machine room is reasonable.Conclusion:①The technical parameters of the newly purchased CT equipment are larger than those of the original equipment,so it is necessary to carry out shielding protection design,that is,it is reasonable to carry out the pre evaluation of radioactive occupational disease hazards.②Through the acceptance test,the results show that the machine room can meet the standard requirements after transformation.
