Design of Smart Automatic Door Control System Based on PLC

自动门是人们日常生活中随处可见的一种必备装置,例如在现代化的机场、商场、酒店、超市、地铁站、写字楼、公寓楼甚至在停车库等场所都有应用。本文以自动平移门为例,介绍了一种基于三菱FX3U-32MR/ES可编程控制器和FR-E540变频器组合控制为核心的自动门智能控制系统。该设计提出一种完全采用非接触式智能控制设计方案,优化改良了传统门的开、关运行通过完全手动或触摸式控制的不足,用科学技术方法助力常态化疫情防控工作。

Automatic door is a necessary device that can be seen everywhere in people's daily life.For example,it is applied in modern airports,shopping malls,hotels,supermarkets,subway stations,office buildings,apartment buildings and even parking garages.Taking the automatic sliding door as an example,this paper introduces an intelligent control system of automatic door based on the combined control of Mitsubishi FX3u-32MR/ES PLC and FR-E540 VFD.This design puts forward a completely non-contact intelligent control design scheme,which optimizes and improves the shortcomings of the traditional door opening and closing operation through full manual or touch control,and uses scientific and technological methods to help the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
