Life Cycle Application of BIM Technology in Assembled Decoration of Existing Buildings

当前城市扩张速度相对减慢,对既有建筑进行改造和装修空间广阔。发展装配式装修是发展绿色建筑的重要内涵之一,利用BIM技术对既有建筑装配式装修工程进行全寿命周期管理,可以达到更好的综合效益,提升项目价值。文章主要探讨BIM技术和装配式装修BIM全寿命周期管理平台在既有建筑装配式装修工程现场测量及设计阶段、部品采购生产阶段、现场安装阶段、运维阶段的应用,以期为该类项目的实施提供整体思路。

At present,the speed of urban expansion is relatively slow,and there is a wide space for the transformation and decoration of existing buildings.Developing assembled decoration is one of the important connotations of developing green buildings.Using BIM Technology to manage the whole life cycle of assembled decoration engineering of existing buildings can achieve better comprehensive benefits,increase the value of the projects.This paper mainly discusses the application of BIM Technology and assembled decoration BIM life cycle management platform in the field measurement and design stage,part procurement and production stage,on-site installation stage and operation and maintenance stage of assembled decoration engineering of existing buildings,in order to provide an overall idea for the implementation of such projects.
